Warrenton Town Councilman Renard Carlos , who is challenging Warrenton Mayor Carter Nevill in the Nov. 8 election , gained support this week from Protect Fauquier, a coalition of county and town residents who oppose an Amazon data center proposed for Blackwell Road.
